Melissa speaks at international business school

Melissa spoke on two panels yesterday at Brandeis International Business School. Here’s a short recap:

Although it would have been very nice to meet my fellow panelists and groups of students - not to mention see Boston! - in person, it was also quite convenient to beam in virtually from Phoenix. I shared my personal experiences and professional insights about living and working across cultures, and encouraged students to see their mistakes as learning opportunities that will help them grow and improve as they embark on their future careers. I was honored to be joined by such experts as Alison Fitzpatrick, Head of Talent and Learning at Fidelity Investments, and Libby Halstead, Principal at Halstead Coaching and Consulting. A very big thank you to Professor Andy Molinsky for inviting us to speak to your students!
