Melissa speaks at Arizona State University

Melissa recaps her participation at ASU’s Career Days event:

I was pleased to speak as a panelist at Arizona State University’s Career Days event! I joined experts such as Siebe Van Der Zee (Global Executive Search & Coaching), Roy Smolens (Global Communications and Marketing), Joacim (Jay) Mattisson (Swedish American Chambers of Commerce), Ligia McLean (Global Business Development) and Alicia Engel (Global Program Manager) in offering perspectives and advice to undergraduate and graduate students about how to build an international career and succeed in a global business environment.

I appreciated the opportunity to meet this esteemed group of professionals with deep personal experience and expertise. I shared advice on ways to adapt to different cultural settings, encouraged students to view their careers through a global lens, even if they are not purely business students, and offered tips for how those with modest means can make the most of opportunities to connect and grow.
